Privacy Policy

The short version: this website doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers. Payments are handled by Gumroad, so we never see your card. Our plugins keep your visitors’ chats on your own website, not ours.

Who we are

FU88AI (“we”) runs fu88ai.tech and sells the FU88AI software products. You can reach us at [email protected].

When you buy a product

Checkout is provided by Gumroad, which processes your payment. Gumroad shares with us what we need to deliver and support your purchase: your name, email address, country, the product and plan you bought, and your license key. We never receive your card or bank details. Gumroad’s own privacy policy covers the data it handles.

We use your purchase details to deliver the product, verify your license, answer support requests and handle refunds. We keep them for as long as your license is active and as required for tax and accounting.

When you email us

We use your email address and what you write to answer you. If you send diagnostics or screenshots, we use them only to fix your problem.

When you use the chat on this website

The chat assistant on fu88ai.tech is FU88AI Chatbot. What you type is stored on this website and sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to write a reply. If you leave your name and email in the chat, we use them to reply to you. Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days; contact details you leave are kept until you ask us to delete them. Please don’t type passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into the chat.

Cookies and similar technology

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. A few strictly necessary items may be used:

• Our security and network providers (Cloudflare and Wordfence) may set cookies to tell people from bots and block attacks.
• The chat stores a conversation ID in your browser so a chat continues as you move between pages.
• When you open checkout, Gumroad’s window sets its own cookies.

Service providers

We use these providers to run the site and our products. Each processes data only to provide its service:

• Hostinger: web hosting and email
• Cloudflare: DNS, security and our update download server
• Gumroad: checkout, payments, license keys and file delivery
• OpenAI: replies in the chat on this website
• GitHub: hosts the public file our plugins read to check for updates

Like most websites, our servers and providers log technical data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and to keep the site working.

FU88AI products on your website

FU88AI plugins run on your WordPress site, and you decide how they’re used. Chats, leads and logs are stored in your WordPress database, and messages go only to the AI provider you choose, under your own account. We don’t receive your site’s content, your visitors’ chats or their contact details.

The plugins only go online, besides your AI provider, to:

• Check your license with Gumroad’s license API, which receives your license key and the product ID.
• Look for updates by reading a public file on GitHub. No license key or site data is sent.
• Download an update from our update server, which receives your license key and the product. Like any WordPress download, the request headers can include your site’s address.

If you use FU88AI Chatbot on your site, mention it in your own privacy policy. The plugin supports WordPress’s personal-data export and erasure tools, so you can answer your visitors’ requests.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll answer within 30 days. Some purchase records have to be kept for tax and accounting even after you ask, and we’ll tell you if that applies. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, for example by adding analytics to this website, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
