Terms of Sale and License

The short version: you pay once, you keep the product, and your license includes every update in its major version. Refunds within 30 days, no questions asked.

Buying

FU88AI products are sold through Gumroad, which processes payments and may add sales tax or VAT depending on where you live. Prices are in US dollars. After paying, you get the files and your license key by email and in your Gumroad library.

Your license

• Websites: your plan covers 1, 5 or an unlimited number of websites. Reinstalling or moving a site to a new host doesn’t count as another site.
• Client work: you may install products on sites you build or manage for clients, within your plan’s number of websites.
• Updates: your license includes every update in the major version you bought, for example all 1.x versions of FU88AI Chatbot, with no expiry. A new major version (2.0) may be a paid upgrade.
• Add-ons: add-ons such as WooCommerce Pro need the main product and are licensed separately.
• Sharing: please don’t share or resell your license key. The plugin shows a reminder when a key is used on more sites than its plan covers.

The code

The PHP code of our WordPress plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, like WordPress itself. Your license key is what gives you updates and support. The FU88AI name and logo aren’t covered by the GPL and may not be used to sell or promote modified copies.

AI providers

Our AI products use your own account with OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude. You pay your provider directly for usage, and their terms apply to it. AI can make mistakes: our products are designed to answer from your content and to say when they don’t know, but you remain responsible for what your website tells your customers.

Support

Support is by email at [email protected] and covers installation problems, bugs and questions about licenses and updates. It doesn’t cover custom development, writing your site content or your AI provider’s billing. Details are on the Support page.

Refunds

If a product isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason. We refund through Gumroad, and the license key stops working once the refund is processed.

No warranty

We work hard to make our products reliable and we fix bugs we can reproduce, but the software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Please keep backups of your website.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in place when you bought a product continue to apply to that purchase.
